I ran their kit for two years on my 15 Pro. The only time I had a runability issue was when I tried V-Force reeds. It didn't like those so back to stock reeds and bog gone.

What boost are you trying to run? You did put on the larger injectors that come with the kit? Have you ever changed your fuel filter? Checked fuel pressure?

I stuck to 7 lbs and it ran as clean as a stock sled. I did lose the crank twice though....

Attitude boxes are the worst. I had an attitude system for my first turbo. No product support, terrible product. Stay away. Try finding a Boost-it box....

Who did the install. I am assuming the kit uses a MAF sensor to figure out fueling. Have you checked the sensor for dirtiness or corrosion on the contacts? You could OHM it out as well..I had a Silber turbo with the re flash before on my pro and as soon as i started the sled, it would falsely sense boost and fuel for it. Contacts on the sensor had the littlest bit of green on them.. Switched it out for a new one, ran like a top.

A little update on this sled.... I had pics sent to me last night of the oiling system and it looked like a 2 year old installed this kit. the oil lines are hooked up all wrong from the get go. It also does not have the NEW oil line up date installed. Im sure lighting will agree now defiantly an install issue.

but in the owners defence, when the kit was installed originally there was no oil line update or anything for it so as the consumer who doesn't play around on forums how was he supposed to know that the original oiling system they said was ok was going to take out his rod brgs??? he didn't receive a recall notice in the mail<<< lol

It was installed wrong from the start.....post the pic you sent me. One would think after the second motor he would have contacted someone with knowledge of this kit. Like you did.

This is not even remotely close to how it should have been hooked up.... a bolt plugging the line ffs.

the dealer put his engine in the last time , when the kit was installed originally It was on as mtn teck wanted.. I guarantee you.. I saw this sled when it was installed and I installed the larger injectors as the kit never came with them. the original kit design still took the engine out..

Some times you just have to know when to put your hands up and admit you fawked up.... there is a very good reason why Chrisco makes a good living doing what he does, and that is cause he knows his chit. For those who do not wrench on the daily some of the obstacles are just too unreachable. I can tell you for certain that I have never seen instructions stating to block off an oil line with a bolt, so from the very first glance at the pic a guy already knows what he is up against.

I am not trying to beat you down at all, but some times it is just better to swallow your pride. If you don’t want a reflashed kit then I guess it is time to spend even more money. At least then it will be even more trouble free lol.

Welcome to the game of boost.

the only reason I started this post was to get my 50 off the attitude controller..lol
I'm running a 13 pro rmk 800 MTNTK turbo kit. This is my second season with it. I installed the oil line update when I installed it. It's been running pretty good and no engine problems. One thing I would like to mention is make sure the pump is turned up a lot. The top of my set screw is basically flush with the top of the lock nut. Mtntk realized that some people were having rod bearing problems and came out with the oil line update kit. In theory the original oil line set up was a good idea but not all the oil was getting atomized and not making it to the crank case. With the update kit the hoses are reconnected to the rod bearing oil ports. Running an AFR gauge would be a good idea for piece of mind once you get it back together if you don't trust the ecu tune.
