So here is an example of media manipulation. The investigation says they "looked" at satellite images and talked to a guy who worked there in 2019 to disprove Israel's statement that there are tunnels under the hospital.
So in reality they have not actually been there to see where the hatch goes, it probably was a water resovoire originally but it is probable that since then it has been converted to an underground tunnel system.
This of course gives pro Palestine supporters reason to scream bad Israel because they want to believe Israel is bombing hospitals.
In reality it proves phuk all other than alot of maybes. The al Jazeera team should go to Gaza and actually look at the location for absolute evidence.
