Just came from that area that is closed but lots of people didn't get the memo.

No surprise. If it's not enforced.....it's not closed. Been telling government bureaucrats that for years.

as Snopro has just illustrated, this ideology has already happened in the golden area. All that said if its been designated as a trail but not on the list you may still receive a ticket pending whom is there.

Once they quit or shut down its not a trail anymore, it's back to a forrest service road



So all these b. C closed trails and parks mean jack chit to sledding for 99% of the areas

The locals vote to close, Town Councils say it's clozed, Provincial Govt say it's closed but the White Oakley crowd is creating loopholes to steamroll their superior rational thinking.
I am certain this is the best path forward to show who we are and insure the entire sled community is seen in the best light for future negotiations.

Sadly what they found in Alberta that created the need to close the parks were peeps were going out, using the cans and leaving garbage behind and there is no one to clean it up. You have to remember there is a segment of peeps out there that are users. Won't pack out there own stuff, won't clean up after themselves and then leave the mess for others. Unfortunately a few bad apples ruin it for everyone else.
