Ipad

My wife wanted a smart phone, so I bought her the iPhone 3 dec 09. I get my phone through work, so i only recently got on board. Blackberry Torch. POS. I'd rather use the iPhone. I have a HP Pavilion dv8 laptop. I like it good enough I suppose. Wife wanted an iPad, so I got her version 2 last month. I have to say, again I am impressed with the apple product. Pretty sure my next laptop will be a macbook.

The thing I like about the ipad is i can take it with me while i am on call, and I have internet anywhere I have cell service. I can go online and do everything I need to do, and carry on with my day.

Using my I pad with the new S&M look I don't see all the features. No tool bar above the quick reply.

I can verify this on my iPod touch.

That said, arff, this is not the right forum for getting something on the website fixed. Ron isn't going to read a discussion about whether to buy an iPad to find glitches in the site. I'd get a moderator to split this into a new thread and move it down to the right section.

Edit: Looking into it, seems that CKEditor (the plugin software that makes that little toolbar appear) doesn't support apple devices 100%. Can't speak to how easy of a fix this would be, but it should be doable.

Please test with the ipad on my site it has been updated to version 4.1.5 go to a post in this section Meet the Community you can see the quick reply and also test it out on Advanced do give it time to load as I know some dont have a fast connection I will leave this account open for 24hrs

I had the tool bar on the test site yes. Not on here yet.

Just bought myself a x-mas present today while out shopping.......looked at Ipad2 many times and first bought one today. Hopefully it lives up to my expectations.
