International Take a Newbie Shredding Day!!!

Here here!! I'll be hosting a day down here in the States.. Spokane area of Washington state.

I have a few people interested in getting out with me. I dunno that it will be a big group ride so much as each person responsible for taking their newbie out!! My BF's little sis wants to be my newbie but I've already taken her so I had to find another and maybe I'll get my hands on a sled for her so she can tag along with us... I'm making plans with a local rock climber to do some trade trade lemonade since I don't know the rock in the Spokane area yet!! Whoo-hoo!

agree with what's been said. Make sure you're newbie is educated, safe and has a great day!! the point is not to just randomly take someone but to REALLY showcase the sport and weather or not they get hooked on it have them end the day knowing it's a great sport filled with great people doing NOT such evil things! hahahhahaha

The more the merrier. I see your SinLaw (to be) could still be a newbie...just wouldn't be a brand-newbie. I would see taking someone who flat-land rides to the mountains for their first ride there as being a newbie...to new kind of riding.
