There's been speculation to Hillary's health, in regard to a lot of public issues she's had. Parkinson's seems a likely possibility. Of course she lies and says she's fine, when it's pretty obvious she's not. This happened to her today at the 9/11 memorial ceremony. Watch the video. "Overheating" is something also that I've seen happen to Parkinson's sufferers.
