We were talking about that house awhile ago here. You might be able to get it for $250k. Whoever built that is a fawking idiot. Better hope he can find someone who wants to run a business out of it, because no sane person is using it as a house.

Hulk house saw that awhile back, she will withstand an F5 though all precast but gawdy no doubt. Supplied a house down the road from that place finishing package was 140k before building began crazy prices. Cannot imagine the property tax's let alone the property tax in BC. Friends dad just sold his west van place 2 years ago for 7million and that was only 2800sq ft ocean side walk to the pier for your daily catch kinda thing lol.

I would bet a lot of money a women never lived there and any that visited where not to pleased with calling it a "house". The outside is one thing, but have they never heard of interior walls? Outside deck railing used inside?
Guess they will figure out when they finally sell it and lose their shirt, no way they are getting out of it not losing 6 figures, that was not cheap to build, but the selling price will be.
Don't care how good of view it has, I would never live in an apartment. Call it whatever fancy name you want it's still an apartment living way too close to tons of other people.
