Insurance new driver in the family have questions !

If I say nothing to insurance how will they find out there's a young driver in household ?

When they deny coverage should you have a claim?

I wouldn't ever claim, Im just liability. So I'm guessing that's when the crooks pay for it all then personally sue me?

Seems like a complete joke,
the car or the driver is, or isn't insured,could be sued if you lend your vehicle out maybe? I'm sure it's all written up to benefit them either way and we have to sign it.
The east Indians have it right, just buy the insurance place.
