Local company says Albertans involved in collisions entitled to diminished value costs | CTV Edmonton News

This guy is amazing !!!! He knows his **** too !!! Don't let insurance companies screw you out of what you deserve!!! If you have a newer vehicle and get an in accident not your fault.........make sure your insurance company pays your properly !!!

Ya good luck with that. Clients fighting their insurance company usually end in diminished bank account

Diminished value isn't new but like everything else now, it is easier to identify a car that has been in an accident (even a minor one) thanks to all things electronic. If you find two cars that are fairly identical (year, make model, mileage etc.) except one has been in a small fender bender and on has not, you would probably choose the one that was not...unless you could get a better deal. That is diminished value - how much of a discount do you have to give to sell the car at some point in the future. It is a PIA but get used to it. Nice to see that someone has come along to help quantify the difference...

This guy has won 98% of court cases for people that have used him. Especially when it's a newer vehicle. Yes they lose value when driven off the lot but he proves they are never fixed 100%. We had him look at a 4 Runner of ours at work and he showed me the difference in paint grades and safety issues where bondno had been used after a fix. Makes a huge difference in the value of a vehicle.

This is what I read in that article..............

Grieve says the company’s success rate is 100 per cent – based on two clients.

Well he is two for two. Sounds like a champ as he seems to show more promise than the Oilers did this year...or the last...and maybe a few others...
