Finally got around to installing a set of new exhaust manifold to turbo, up pipes on my 2002 7.3 liter powerstroke. I installed a set of International pipes and NOT Ford as the I.H. pipes are clearly the better designed ones ( the pipes have bellows and use a stainless steel gskt.).
2 certified mechs. and it took us 7.5 hrs. Hardest part of the job was the exhaust "y" to turbo clamp.
1 X Up Pipe kit # 1837872C93 (international #)
2 X F4TZ 6N653 A O Ring ( Ford # )
2 X F4TZ 6N653 B O Ring ( Ford # )

Achived an increase on fuel milage.
No exhaust fumes in the cab
Quiteter cab

Check part #'s for your model year

Did you do this with the trans. in the truck? I was told it is a real ugly job if you don't pull trans or engine.
