Want to take a few people for a float down the cardinal near Cadomine and am looking for tubes that would make it. I'm thinking industrial inner tubes but hat about those Canadian Tire jobbies? ...anyone have experience with how they hold up on a sharp, rocky river bed?

Where would one find a half dozen plain big 'ol back industrial inner tubes?

We used to always just go down to your local big truck tire shop like fountain tire or Kal tire usually $20 a tube and they last forever

The CN shack along the tracks by Allen creek.
What he said. ^^^^. Go to Kal tire. Get a used tube out of a skidder. Tuff as hell.
Also did this in golden years ago when I blew up my sled in Gorman. Sheer terror going down some of the hills uncontrollably on a tube. Made for a good birthday weekend.

You'll save money with a tire tube but they are gay, your butt scrapes off rocks, stem is always in a bad spot, chaffs inside arms when paddling
