YUP, JUST WENT THROUGH A VERY PHYSICAL 1 1/2 WEEKS OF CONCENTRATED RIGHT ARM TRAINING(LIFTING ALL THOSE DIFFERENT BEER CANS TO MY MOUTH) AND W.F. GOLFING(LUMBERJACKING, SWIMMING, AND SAND DITCHING -- IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN), BUT SERIOUSLY, AM STARTING A SMALL WORKOUT TOO.. GOTTA GET MY BROKEN ANKLE FROM A FEW YEARS AGO, A LITTLE "TOUGHER" AND LOOSE A FEW POUNDS I GUESS.... LOL

Exersise...surely your kidding. I find it easier to bring my son and a younger stronger guy to take care of me.
After the long weekend I determined Drinking has to have some type of weight loss in it...somewhere.
OK, I've bee trying to get out for walks to regain my ability to breath after five minutes movement.

SHEEP HUNTING..... IN FARMERS FIELDS WITH RUBBER BOOTS ON.... ISN'T THAT ONLY IN SASKATCHEWAN, WHERE THE MEN ARE MEN AND THE SHEEP ARE SCARED:confused:

Thats right you must have done it before!!...lol. The sheep in the mountains are to tough and rubber boots suck for hiking!:D

:(In the process of getting into shape I blew my knee out in May so I spent the Month of June and most of July with my knee wrapped in ice and going to physio (did not have to have surgery this time) just had my last physio treatment yesterday and I don't have to go back until mid October for a reassesment. Knee is feelin pretty darn good and I have resumed the work out routine. The physio guy worked wonders although I had my doubts when I first strated physio I was in so much pain I wanted to saw my right leg off. So when the sledden season starts the knee should be ready to go:) The big rip off was that I missed about 3 months of fly fishing but I am now making up for lost fishin time with the blessing of my wife!!! go figure:confused:May be there is somthing goin on I don't want to know about or I was such a pain in the ass when I was layed up she is happy to get rid of me?? hope she is that cooperative when sledden season gets goin. Happy 2007/2008 sledden.

Bowflex can hang dry so many clothes at once it would be a shame to waste it on an exercise program. Hockey starts in about 3 weeks and we play twice a week till the end of March....thats good enough for me. Summitric, I think it's Calgary where men are men and sheep are scared cause velcro gloves and rubber boots are sold at every corner store:rollinglaugh:
