Hello all Snowpulse users,

This morning Snowpulse issued an important safety warning for all of its backpacks sold in 08-09. This information is regarding misfires in less than 0.5% of deployments. Snowpulse has researched the misdeployments and found a solution.

It is Snowpulse's philosophy to operate in a very transparent way and keep its customers informed of any issues or updates with its products. It's customers safety is Snowpulse's top priority. For those of us who ordered our packs off of your website, will these velco repair kits be mailed out to us automatically?

Yes, they will be mailed out automatically to all of those that purchased directly from us. In the meantime it is possible to create your own patch by purchasing a small amount of velcro or using tape to cover the velcro on the rubber tab covering the break away zipper on top of the pack.

If you purchased from us at a trade show please forward your address to us at info@avalanchesafety.ca so that we can mail you out a velcro covering.
