This is an interesting read! Just to set the tone, I'm one of the "old guys" and change, for me, is difficult and sometimes I get frustrated and vent my feelings. Like when I had nearly all the
question marks on my photo uploading page and Force told me to delete them.....my response, " I think not!", didn't go over so good.

Somethings are being worked on and will get better (like the "edit" button only being on a post for a few hours). If I post something in the morning, leave the computer for the day and then
want to edit the post, I can't....doesn't make a lot of sense but someone was working on it. If something gets noticed and then pointed out in "Website issues" thread so that Ron can look at he will find a cure.
I don't like the way the notifications work compared to the old way. Previously, one could click on the reputation and go the the post of the notification but not so with this format. This is the first I have vented on this one.

I'm not into a lot of different threads just some of the basic one and they seem to be a work in progress still. In defence of Ron, (not that he needs defending as he is a big boy and can defend himself!) he is working on things.

IMHO, some things are better and some are still being rectified.

what_next said it, "This change is here to stay...... words of advice... just gotta put up and shut up... learn the new tricks, it wont kill ya"

I will reiterate, "if you don't like something or you find something doesn't work go to the proper thread and put in a post.

Did I say, "I want more smilies? the WTF button? Love button gone?".....oops, there's a proper thread for that.

It would be nice if next to the forum you are currently browsing, if you could just hit 'go' and get back to that forum, rather than pull out the drop down menu.

This is just like the computer/software upgrades at work. Everybody is PO'd with it until they get use to it and then the IT department decides to do another upgrade again and every body is PO'd again!! The circle of life at work you always end up being PO'd.:realmad: LOL

i gotta agree with plio on this one. the new site sucks azz. and i know we are not the only ones who believe this. i have been gione for over 2 weeks. logged in today. and barely anything changed. nobody is posting half as much as they used to. so obviously lots of peeps feel the same way. good luck getting it working good. see ya in a few more weeks maybe.

Functionally and issues are fixed daily. Once we have all the issues fixed and everything working smoothly we start adding the extra's. Yes change sometimes can be a pain, but we need to look at the future not the past. There I's still alot of work needed and I hope to have this all done before the end of august. The other thing im noticing Is that alot of browsers don't clear there temporary Internet files or there cache. This will cause an issue with people looking at the site.

Make sure when all the functionality is back on that you add at least 60 million to my game's cash for pain and suffering and I'll be happy ;)
