Only $1100 this year someone posted. Met 3 guys doing a sledding holiday from Norway back by Turbo on our last trip. We got visiting about Norway and sledding and most everyone over there rides a Lynx made by BRP. He asked us what we paid for our sleds and we told him between $14000-$15000 tax in and they were shocked. They would pay close to $30000 for pretty much the same sled. Wow I guess we got nothing to beeotch about. They also thanked us for beating Sweden in Olympic hockey. Apparently there is no love between those 2 countries. Lol.

When the pricing was like 4 g's different, when the dollar was par, I actually made an inquirey to the competition bureau of Canada and they opened up a file for my case. An investigator called me about a week later.
Turns out that I would have had a legit case if Doo was the only manufacturer of snowmobiles, and it would be illegal to gouge Canadians (other than taxes) but since there is poo, cat and Yama, it was legal. and she didn't have a french accent neither..
