I'd ticket every jerk that uses the outside lane of traffic circles, and shoot the ones that honk at the guys on the inside trying to get out! Damn, I hate those guys! ...actually most of them seem to be women.

inside lane has the right of way. just signal and carve it out where you want to go. outside lane is for coming into the circle when you are turning out at the next available exit. it's merge lanes that piss me off, especially when traffic coming out of the merge lane slows to wait for an opening, or people in the traffic lane that slow to let one of those hesitant retards out of the merge lane. merge lane again has the right of way, but they are supposed to quickly match traffic lane speed to merge seamlessly. hesitiation is the piss off, wish people would learn the rules of the road.

Precisely. You'd think more people would know that. Instead, 2/3 or the f'n idoiots out there use the outside lane to go more than a quarter of the circle - these people need to be fined. Then, there's a small percentage of those people on the outside lane that think they have right of way - those people need to be shot, but not in the head becuase that's too fast.
