No, but I hear that they like to bounce as you go down the trail. The review I read did say that they did spray a mixture of medium and small chunks onto the track/sliders. The overall impression was that they did an adequate job of lubing the track as well as not bending when you hit the reverse button/switch. Like I said before....this is from someone elses review and not from personal experience. I hope this helps!
I ran slidekicks on my sled while trail riding in Saskatchewan. Before I put them on I burnt 2 sets of slides in 50 miles. Didn't burn a set in 500 miles since putting on the reversible scratchers. They worked good for me.
I had ice scratchers and never liked them. Always have remember to unhang them and if you have reverese or end up sliding sideways or sliding in reverse from a spin out - they dig in and mangle the scratcher or flip your sled. They sharpen up to a very sharp point and they will poke a hole in your track , boot , foot, buddies foot ( when your stuck ) if your not careful. Maybe I am using the worng style or old design - I hated them they never saved my sliders I put a set of sliders on every 200 - 300 miles
