Ice road to Fort Chip

Well had a job to do up there for the government got up to the gate and they were just closing. Starting to wash out at the river so ice road that opened last week for maximum 5000 kg is now closed. Lucky I was running a bit late or I would of Maybie got to Fort chip and stuck there for a week or longer. It’s -2 here now. Just by Fort hills and heading back to Edmonton. He’s letting all the traffic that turned around at the washout out

It wouldn’t be good if you ran to Fort Mac for supplies then head home and you can’t go. A pile of spoiled groceries

Freeze down has been a real challenge this year. Spending lots of money on water trucks, at least Alberta Environment not nearly as anal as the last 2 years for TDL's
