All jokes aside what's everyones opinion on who's paying for the wreck?I think the guy with the pro is an absolute retard for no insurance but I think the Yamaha guy just bought a Pro!If that thing had less than 500 miles on it he would be buying it if it was me!As soon as Yamaha guy's insurance finds out the Pro had no insurance it would be sucks to be you!That sled will never be the same if they fixed it!Maybe the Pro guy will realize insurance isn't such a bad idea!The right guy gets in a wreck with you and you have no insurance and sues you!You'll be livin' in a van down by the river!A borrowed van!!

totally agree with that... that's the rules on the road, so I would assume same rules apply to the trails. You hit someone like that and they get injured and get themselves a good lawyer you are screwed! Wouldn't want to be sittin in yami guys shoes rite now.
Either way its not to smart riding around anywhere other than your own backyard without proper insurance. you can be as careful as you like, but accidents happen
