First ad said he sold it for $18,000 to a guy but he couldn't get financing and kept his $2,000 deposit so now he will sell for $16,000. Then the next day it said he had a offer from a guy in sask who was buying it tuesday unless someone offered more. The latest one said $14,000 offer, offer more or it's gone tomorrow.

Guy is sooooo full of BS.
