Can a person access (ride) a atv into the falls?

Im not sure where the falls are specifically, but the government map shows the OHV trails don’t open until July 1st in that area. My experience also says if the destination is really good the government has probably closed the trail already.

get yourself a copy of the Pluz regulations, don't be the one that shuts it down for everyone. the trail is not open until July 1.
