You guys are all committing hate speech by even questioning the character and motivations of all those funny hat wearing immigrant gentlemen. Not very diverse or inclusive.

Ok this is getting ridicules, coverups, no news pressure 1.5 billions reasons for that, no closure, no charges. I could pick any tom dick or harry off the street and he could get to the bottom of it in 20 minutes.

RCMP say charges laid involving fatal Humboldt Broncos bus crash

REGINA _ Saskatchewan RCMP say charges have been laid in a fatal bus crash that involved the Humboldt Broncos junior hockey team.
Mounties say an arrest was made this morning in a collision between the bus and a semi-trailer at a rural Saskatchewan intersection on April 6.
Further details, including the name of the accused and charges, are to be provided at a media availability at 1 p.m. at the RCMP Depot in Regina.
Saskatchewan Commanding Officer and Assistant Commissioner Curtis Zablocki will attend, as will Supt. Derek Williams, officer in charge of the major crime unit.
The Broncos were on their way to a playoff game when the crash occurred, killing 16 people and injuring 13 others. The driver of the semi-trailer was not hurt.
More to come.

It will be interesting to what charges are pending.
You won't be able to satisfy everyone with this one.
Bottom line is 16 boys were stolen a life to live, which cannot be changed, no matter what happens.

Dont you remember all the excuses the driver was coming up with. The sun was in his eyes, the trees were blocking the sign. Bet there was a million more that we didnt hear of. They all have to be crossed off and proven not the cause. When they rule one out driver makes up another.

Like mentioned before I'm sure they wanted to make sure they had the details correct. My bet is he pleads down to vehicular manslaughter and gets 10 years. Probably serves 2.

Maximum penalty allowed is :

14 years for dangerous driving causing death
10 years for dangerous driving causing injury

If convicted, it's up to the judge to decide how many years (for each conviction) and if the sentences are to be served concurrently or consecutively.

My prediction....when he is convicted.....and he will be convicted.....is 10 years to be served concurrently on the dangerous driving causing death convictions and another 5 years served concurrently for the dangerous driving causing injury convictions..........total jail time of 15 years but will only serve 8 years because the parole board will let him out because of good behavior.
