Hi all,
My name is Ray and I am a sled head! The forum looks great and I am new to it so looking forward to meeting new friends and maybe share a laugh or two. Both my son Ryan and I have been avid snomobilers for years....Ryan is 15 years old and rides a pretty nice tricked out M7 and I also have one as well as a Firecat F7. We also have two twin cylinder Elans of which one has been built and dubbed the Z-lan. Yep done up as a Cat. Drives the Doo riders crazy. We had a lot of fun building it and taking it to rallies and it even made Cats Pride a few years ago. The other Elan is being planned as we speak but I can't let the details out just yet. It should be real wild when done. Anyway....glad to be aboard and sharing some fun with ya all. Hopefully it'll warm up a bit so we can go make some tracks....stay safe everyone...Cheers all!
Ray

Thanks everyone. We had some of the Z-lan but I may have to take some new ones as I used a 35mm when it took some. I have the article thou from Cats pride and I maybe able to scan that and post....I'll forward something as it was a ton of fun building and then taking Ryan out with it. It only seems like yesterday but it was almost 8 years ago already. I wanted to sell the sled as he only rode it the two winters and we haven't mused it since but I guess its his so time will tell.....all our kids have grown up and its a shame to see it sit. It is covered in storage so still looks like the day we built it. Thanks again and I'll see about posting something here soon. Later
