When will the hippies figure out Lithium-ion batteries are terrible for the environment and it is almost impossible to find someone to recycle them?

Only a moron would buy anything electric except for a golf cart. If you buy an EV or an electric sled you are a moron.

By the time EV sleds become a thing, we will have to put wheels on them because snow will be something of the past.
I started sledding in the 70's and as the decades have gone by the snow has gotten less and winter's rideable months shorter.
Glad I got to experience what a real winter feels like, sucks to be you young folks but then you wouldn't know the difference.

Commifornia would disagree with that statement, they just got 10 ft in the Sierra Nevada's, similar snowfalls like they used to have back in the Donner Pass Expedition days in the mid-1850's.By the time EV sleds become a thing, we will have to put wheels on them because snow will be something of the past.

So to sum up, Climate Change is real?
And they had a record year last year.overly dramatic for what it is. Its a dry year, this happens. Not saying overall climate isn't shifting, but saying "kids today will never see a real winter" just seems like a crusty old man statement. Commifornia would disagree with that statement, they just got 10 ft in the Sierra Nevada's, similar snowfalls like they used to have back in the Donner Pass Expedition days in the mid-1850's.
I've attached the snow data for the St. Leon creek station. In 2001 we had a dry year and barely made it over 700 mm of snow water equivalency, much like 2024. In 2002 we turned around and doubled that. Snow depths in mm below.
