Step 1: Stock up on wraps, tensor bandages, ice packets and advil
Step 2: Wrap ankle in tensor
Step 3: Put on sock
Step 4: Place garbage bag over sock
Step 5: Put foot in air cast
Step 6: Place 2 garbage bags over air cast
Step 7: Wrap the ever loving $hit out of it with duct tape
Step 8: Enjoy!

How did you bust it, rowdy???

Landed off kilter going off a jump in McCall, Idaho, got bucked off and my foot decided to stay with my sled as it ran away from me, lol. The air cast, glad and duct tape actually worked damn good I must say. My toes did get a bit cold tho.

Did all that hot tub and cocktail time seem to heal it up any last weekend Rowdy? Seems to work for all my aches and pains. Lol. BTW nice to meet you!

I would agree, a day or two of abuse now could cause decades of pain later. Let it heal up.

He's not exagerating! Goin' on 24 years of chronic neck pain now cause I didn't let an injury from riding heal before I went riding again.

I hate being able to speak from experience!

If I were you I'd just take a break and let it heal. Your body will thank you later in life. :crutch:
