woo hoo!!! we committed to lot 112 from next spring. Going to build a deck and maybe a roof if I am energetic. Being exposed to the wind I don't think the awning would survive if we get a gust.

Will see u lots then, as I have a buddy there also

Thats why I don't go to Costco, I go to Joe's Deli or Kirks tire or Jill's office supply ext.

Yeah I spend a little more but I get to support small business and people I like, I don't have to wait in line all day and the person
taking my money gives a chit.

Costco membership? lmao get fawked

But I save $0.06 per litre on gas, after waiting through long lines to get that gas.

Defiantly love the quieter places to hang my hat. I drive up the valley at 5am with no one around, park backward on the street no one cares.
go camping and just pull up and enjoy. Lots of great places in the north okanagan, Revy, golden and into the east koots too. Im Just not sure when I need to be detained by idiots waiting in line to spend my money.
Not many traffic free places left so I guess I better get the most outs my area before its bombarded with people.
this planet is to small.

I have live in the east kootenays for just over 20 years and have seen this little corner explode with people so 4 years ago I decided to get a permanent camp site. Now pack some food and drinks, drive to the site and 2 minutes later everything is opened up and turned on and then refreshments are out. My site is 75'x 125' so good size.
