i would talk to the guys that deliver holiday trailers up this way from the factory's in the states. they are well maintained and usually driven by older guys as a retirement job. the back seat are usually brand new when they sell their trucks as they pull them out for small beds. and these trucks are all highway miles.
i was reading on a duramax forum a guy got over 1 million miles, so over 1.6 million kms on a stock duramax and he only replaced a few front end parts, brakes and a water pump. some dealership bought it off of him for like $5000 and put it on display
even if you buy a truck for $10k and a motor or tranny or turbo goes its still way cheaper than a new rig
