How many HP on MPI kit?

Just wondering, how many HP do you get out of a base (if that's what you call it) MPI Kit?

Sometimes I hear 180Hp, other times I hear 190HP? Which is accurate?

I have the 180 kit and I think you can turn it up to 190 ish but need to get it re flassed! Talked to mpi a month ago and you can get a 220 kit for the nytro another injector and innercooler

Yes that's correct

No head shim and pump gas

And the price for this 220 upgrade kit ? I saw a 1000$ kit talked about last year, but a quick chat with Darren put me at $ 3500 to upgrade . No deal there. I got a great deal on the nytro 180 mpi kit nib delivered for 2800$, scooped it up quick thinking the upgrade would be reasonable but not. Could of picked up the 240 mcx kit new on sale for less then 2800 + 3500 = 6300.

Not sure how 1000 goes to 3500 for the same kit! Maybe if that is installed! Only other thing you will need is clutching and I am sure that will not be 2500!
Mi won't get another mpi to hard to upgrade no options I find!
but I did talk to matt at mpi he said easy to pit in and pump gas no head shim! 210-220 hp he told me

for 3500 their must have been a headshim installed and arp studs.....it takes some time to pull the engine and do this

Take a look at oft racing for their upgrade. It has a much better fuel controller.

1800 for upgrade including headshim and 1700 for boost it kit. No install, no clutch kit. 100 to weld in bungs for injectors. He did not recommend or offer the cheap mpi upgrade.
