just curious how the 3" lugs are holding up on the G4s. I have a 175" coming and heard that lug breakage isn't uncommon. My sled could see 30+ km a day just riding trails in to the deep stuff. I'm going to double up on scratchers but i sure hope I'm not replacing the track annually. If that's the case ill switch to the camso conquer 280.

Seen a few higher km 15 T3 174 with bad cracked lugs

But I bet that's from 15-16 winter sucking with no snow, and the p.o.s doo scratchers not throwing enough snow to cool track

Flap down, scratchers down, moderate speeds and try not too spin the track on the trails and you should be fine.

Not as durable as the xm tracks IMO, but the performance in the appropriate snow worth the trade off.
As mentioned, ride accordingly and they're fine. I feel much of the damage occurs from people spinning on trees/logs.

We put well over 3000 km on two of the G4's last winter and not a problem. As stated above: it is not a trail sled (so take it relatively easy on the way up) and use the scratchers with the flap down; greenthumb is bang on with people spinning on the trees/logs and I would add spinning on rocks as well (early season can be a pita).

Ride it and enjoy
