Tops are new today ride. Bottoms are old ones.

Seem rich to you? I have a full throttle bog and won't pull over 7700-7800 even if I drop weights 2 grams. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359346191.114642.jpg

4500 miles, and 120 psi a side compression.

Never rebuilt as far as I know. Bought it in 2008 with 3600 miles on it.

Uh, no. It was the first year they came out.. 07? 06? there was no 800 that year.

Fact is, metal fatigue occurs, pistons ovalize and tolerences go in all 2 strokes.

Piston kit= $300. Short block 2G's? The cranks are good for 7000km prolly.

Small investment for peace of mind, IMO. But, like I said good luck... LOL

Yah dragon what? 800 I'm assuming?

I would say plugs are a little dark/rich. But not enough to drop your rpm. I would check the clutches for wear. Also how old are clutch springs.

Remind me not to tag along with you in the mountains.. LOL

Today's sleds, or at least within the last 10 years are pushed harder for HP, thus shorter life.

But then again, you must just ride the flats?

You need to adjust the fuel map which is done by computer programming. You either have to buy a unit called a Power Commander or find someone who has a custom fuel map for your sled. Here is one on amazon. Starting Line Products Power Commander V Fuel System Controller 70-128 : Amazon.com : Automotive

Personally I would leave fuel map it as is. Are the plugs pulled after a full out run or just general riding? Change the fuel filter.
