How Difficult?

Ok here is my question. I got a set of handle bar risers just the right height you shouldn't have to extend cables right? well took off the handle bar cover/bag and found out it has a small 2/3 inch block on it already. i'm thinking sweet the higher the better i guess. How hard is it to extend cables? do you need whole new cables?.. thanks in advance.

You will have to get a new brake line, braided looks nice er than stock, you can add a powermad throttle extension, I have heard guys complain about them freezing but I have never had a problem with it sealed. Some wires lengthened and that's it.
