hey guys I know its been on here before but I cant find the old thread. Anyways I have an 8ft sled deck on my 6.5" box so it hangs over a bit. I was wondering if there is ways to tow and enclosed behind while running the deck by using a hitch extension of some sort. Does anyone use one??

I've used two different, Reese Titan and Torqlift. Titan is probably a little cheaper, both these are very good though.

When i was looking it was cheaper to extend the trailer tongue. I only had a class 3 hitch on my truck and to be legal weight wise i had to up grade hitch as well. in the end i bought a bigger trailer

DSP makes a really long shank it is either 14" or 16' long and does not derate the tongue weight capacity when used with a weight distrubtion hitch
i use it with my deck and arctic fox trailer
i think i am going to build a hitch extension piece that mounts to the trailer frame and trailer ball though and may be switch to an airbag hitch
