This from guys in a province that has had an uneducated drunk and a semi retarded farmer for the past two premiers........Although to our credit we did send winners like Rahim Jaffer to Ottawa. I don't want Layton as PM either, but people in glass houses............

Any coward can be a Tory in Alberta.
Yup, nothing is better for a major urban area than blowing up one of the two only inner city hospitals and selling off the other one. Really had the people in mind on that one.......

Are you saying 75% of Albertan's are cowards? Are you talking about the Holy Cross and the General? Ever been in them? There was a reason they outlived their usefulness. They were old and wore down. Smart money doesn't rebuild those 2 arc's. I agree our current government is not up to it's expected standards and they will pay for it in the next election but what is the alternative? The Liberals? I won't see it in my lifetime thank god. :nono:

Wrong thread for this discussion. Sorry SBR for the Hijack
:smiliestirthepot:

Spent some the Holy Cross. Knew folks that worked there.

Yeah, right...75% that's rich.
The 22% of Albertans that actually elected the Tories...Yup. Funny that people out here seem to vote for a party name..HMMM Liberal, must be bad, but why? Because "everyone" says so?
Last election, 52% of the 41% of elegible voters that actually voted, voted Tory. 48% voted against them.
