Help with this Helix

Dont know anything about this helix,It was intended for a 900 rmk,is it better than a stock helix,it came with a red spring,its all new just dont know what I got (Help)

That is the same helix Chris at Carl's Cycle recommended and sold to me for my 900 back in 2009.
He said to try the 64-40 track first if I remember correctly... I eventually tried both and they both worked very well with a Team red/pink spring, but I had slightly better results with the 64-40. I ran with some other 900's that were running the more popular (at that time) 719 helix and they all had a great feel, similar results.
