Help with a 2014 xf high country 8000 boggy and flooding one cylinder?

It’s boggy on the bottom end but usually cleans up on the top end but yesterday fouled the plugs on one cylinder changed plugs today but still bogs on the bottom any help would be great?

Check your power valve cable length 1st. 2nd, swap injectors side to side and see if the problem switches cylinders
