HELP!!!! Headlights and Tail light not working????

Just put the sled back together and the only thing that is not working properly are the Headlights and Taillight. I have tested both the harness and switch cluster and both check out fine. I even switched clusters with one off of my other sled that I know is working. Any help would be appreciated!!

Nope, there not even coming on.

I would check all your wires sometime you will get one that's frayed and touching metal that's happened to me and a few buddies a couple times

Run relay or wiring to/from.

If it's a short in the harness the tach won't work either. Does the tach work? If it does you will be searching the harness for an open circuit or that relay...$15 part from NAPA. Can't remember exactly where it is in the XP but I think under console r/h side. Little square block with tab on it, 4 wire connector.

I would check the voltage regulator wire on the right hand side. Maybe a wire is grounding it out?
