You can't helicoil a screw so I assume you mean the threaded hole the plug fits into. Buy a kit from your local supplier and DIY. Comes with instructions and everything required. Very easy to do yourself.

How big of a screw is it? If its around an inch or bigger your could get yourself some "fix it", it's like this crazy adhesive glue, put it around the plug and screw it in until you can't screw it in anymore (so
Strong that you have to hurry because it
Will stick it in their for good. Once you get the plug stuck in Their, drill a hole in
It and thread like a 1/4 inch or 1/2 valve in it (like a ball valve or something), Just a thought.

Very easy to do..... Just buy the kit from bumper to bumper, or napa and drill, tap and insert helicoil ..... Works very well, and simple....... Follow the step by step instructions

just use a little bit longer bolt and don't over tighten it or bottom it out, there are still some threads in the block that have not been used , don't stripe them out
