Can anyone tell me if you can still ride a snowmobile on a forest service road when the land is closed by section 58. IE drive past the land is closed, to land that is open for all.

Unless there is a specific exemption for the road within the section 58, no you can't. Most will have a big sign posted showing what's open and what's closed if there is an exemption. Otherwise you're out of luck.
