Where can a guy get the silver heat tape that's on the inside of the tubs, hoods etc? Does it come in sheets or just rolls?

Idont know if you can gte it in sheets ornot.. But i usually get the rolls of it from like home depot or canadian tire.. Most places like that should have it.. I use it to heat tape the inside of hoods and such all the time..

Its Muffler repair tape. get it at Canadian Tire or any furnace company. Also used for body repair on cars. If you want the wide stuff, you can get it at a furnace and duct work wholesaler.

Go to Acklands Supplies , they may have sheets , we use the 4" wide rolls at work for welding ,Check it out !

The only thing I could find at crapy tire was alunimum tape. Is that the same stuff guys are talking about?

I've bought it there before, its called muffler repair tape or body tape.

the aluminum tape is the same stuff. it is what i use and works very good. had no problems with it yet.
