Heat elements

Im looking on how to take my heat elements right off i got them off just have old wires in still and i want them out just not sure how to get them out of the plug

You need to open up the back side of the plug in and you can get in with a tiny flat screw driver to lift up and release the wires from inside the connector. I found it tricky the first time but once you do it once it's a breeze
