My 98 Dodge headlights were turning yellow and tried one of the polishing/buffing kits, total waste of money and time. I saw a video on FB on how to clean them and I’ll be damned if it didn’t work. The guy used Off bug spray but all I had was Muskol. Spray it on, let if soak for a few seconds then put in a little elbow grease and clean with glass cleaner, worked like a charm.

Good for you looks good, just a suggestion it’s the UV that gets them, shine them up with a good synthetic wax or ceramic coat every year or so and they will last a lot longer. If you really want to finish them out nice before you do that use a fine rubbing compound then seal them up. Experiment first.. everyone is different.
