Has anyone dealt with Sirius lately

I’m going to need counciling after the last 4 days I spent on the phone with these f@#king idiots. They must be trained to give you a zero help and still maintain a full 2 hr phone call that goes nowhere.
You cant even stop an order or have any discussion with out them putting you on hold to check the status...then get cut off.

Every year cost more money and the service gets worse. Every time I'm pointing north I have no service. Only spotify for me now

never had an issue, if your getting the run around hang up and wait for a different time of day to call and call back and bet you get a different result. Just an fyi You need to be a charmer not a dick when you call.

Cancelled everything but our lifetime subscription 4 years ago. My truck faces north too much to listen to it.

when you call go though the props, get you to you want to cancel press that one

service immediately somebody wants to help you, tell them you want to cancel your service

tell them service sux

they will offer you a year for all in for about a $100

I do this every year about 10mins of life wasted everytime

Do the same every year. Can justify it for that price not the full amount though. Friend said he got it for $65 but for me it’s always around a $100.

I canceled a visa card once over it. They did end up sucking me back though. At one time we had 4 radios, 750 a year and was total garbage. Just the 1 subscription left and then I'm done. I can understand the guys that still have the lifetime subscription though, and it was good back then.

Bought my 2012 truck in 2013... and I’m still riding on his subscription! I even called the original owner 6months later to make sure he wasn’t paying for it! Every year we battle with the wife’s car thou! So I don’t feel bad at all getting a free one!

With such crappy service and support I wounded what it would take to get every subscriber to cancel. Love to see them crumble over night. just like the problem with major league hockey, take away the pay checks and things will end.

My pickup came with 6 months free...when that ran out they tried everything to get me to renew...after about 6 months without it i was offered a year for $75 so took it, and renewed again this year at the same price. I just let it run out and then they try harder because they want me back. I am not on automatic renewal at full price like some.

Was doing the 6 mo the for 35 bucks for years after the last call that took 2 hours I was so mad I cancelled it.

They had a expired credit card on file that they tried to use to renew my contract. After it didn’t go thru they phoned, I said that payment not going through was my notice that I’m not renewing. 3 years later I still have service, about every 6 months they try to recharge the expired card. They send me bills but don’t put a amount on them just say that it’s over due.

Three separate charges on my credit card - -no idea why they are all different, really don't care - - my only concern was $160 for all three accounts.

Me too, call ever 6 months to cancel

43 bucks for 6 months, give me a reminder before the try and charge the full fee of 98 bucks for 6 months
