Today's Birthdays
One
on the birthday list today; arff or Ray as he is affectionately known in his inner circles. There are other names, as we would all assume, but this is a family oriented forum. Arff hales from Leduc and spends a lot of time on the QE2 and the Edmonton International Airport as a Capitan or Captain of the Leduc firefighters. Arff is a work-aholic and a play-alholic but not much playing goes on in the snowy months as arff is a winter wuss! Arff is on the Top Posters list and is in 4th position; spends a lot of time on the pages of S&M is an understatement. Arff has 46,485 highly informative informational posts, albeit, a lot of double BS posts like "Hello, hello" and "Busy, busy". Arff is an expert with the "creams"; he has a "cream" for this and a "cream" for that; his partner in crime who hales from Red Deer, is his biggest customer. Arff helps out various charities and has been known to spend days on a roof in windy, snowy weather raising money for Muscular Dystrophy. Arff can also be seen hanging out at Richies' Auctions. Busy, busy, busy........is this guy! Lots of stories with various twists (depending on who is telling the stories) are developed from arff's shenanigans on campouts. One of the most talked about is "arff throwing his Red Deer buddy out of his trailer........" and that has been talked about for years now! A line on arff's signature states: "Bones Heal, Chicks Dig Scars, Pain is Temporary, Glory is forever.." I could write a book about this comedian and I have only been in contact with him once but this dude is full of life and living it to the fullest! If you see a big Dodge today with a decal on the back window stating, "My Life is Better than Your Vacation", stop and say "Happy Birthday arff"........and then there is the Harley! This could go on and on......
