All is well and life is good. Out to Nanaimo for a week visiting family and celebrating a son's birthday. Rained every phucking day and I hate it! Supposed to be snow this time of year.......

On the way home we spent 4 hours sitting on the Coq parking lot (Sowaqua Pass). What a chit show. The snow came fast and it was heavy and the plows couldn't keep up. The little Genesis (rear wheel drive) with the studded Hakka's was great.

Literally, saw hundreds of eagles. Huge numbers in Comox at the estuary. Went to Portuguese Joe's for a last visit as it is closing it's door in the new year. Pretty good count between Chase and Kamloops also. All in all, a pretty good time other than the rain. Now to get some seat time on the G4 and get into winter.
