Anyone else get excessive handlebar vibration?? Is ther any fixes out there?? Clutch is balanced and there are no engine mounts busted. Only thing i can think of is i got my engine stopper up too tight. Mayby try some gel grip gloves.

my hands where stupid numb for almost a hour after a ride. Feels worse than running a weed wiper for an hour.

Always noticed a lot of vibration in our XP's we have had, always figured it was something the way the steering mount was mounted or something. Never messed with anything just delt with it... p-tek vibrated more than the etec for sure tho.

E-tec shakes a lot at idle but smooooth everywhere else. Clutching on the 08 smoothed out that sled. They came with a 413 ramp and a 42degree helix so they where really buzzy. Changed to 414 ramps and a 43/47 helix and smoothed it out a lot. Also just adding primary weight or a softer primary spring can help at around 6000 rpm.

I bet it is your crank, my 08 was way out of spec with 7500kms + on it (it shooked like hell). Way smoother now with the new crank in.

haven't noticed any excessive vibration on my '08, as posted above check your crank runout.
