Anyone have a schematic or wiring diagram for the hand warmers on these sleds and does anyone know if there is a difference between actual heaters on the 2021 and previous years sleds (2017-2020)? I've been having issues with mine since I bought it, I put new warmers on and they worked great for about 2 hours when the throttle side warmers quit working and I've been trying to figure it out ever since.

Have you had it at the dealer, they can program the heaters and that maybe all you need. Also believe the heaters on the gen4 for .17 to 21 years are the same

The problem I’m having is they quit working but my thumb warmer works great. I was working on it yesterday and found that a couple of the inner locks for the pins had broken so I have 2 new connectors headed this way and that should fix my problem.

I think the PO of my sled may have broken them since he had put CFR bars with heaters on it, couldn't figure out for the life of me why my new ones weren't working properly, now I know. Thankfully they aren't hard to change. Did you get your new connector from your dealer or an online source like I did?

dealer.. it was a pain... they ordered the sled side first, waited 2 weeks and then got the right one.

I found them online and ordered the 4 and 6 pin connectors off of eBay, should be here tomorrow just in time for riding this weekend. I called my dealer yesterday and he said I would have to buy the entire harness to get those plugs, which made no sense since they are not actually part of the main harness and only attach to the heaters and kill switch. I pulled the part numbers directly off the connectors and did a search online and found several places where you can get them. Mine cost $24 and change shipped 2nd day Fedex, if i may ask, what did yours cost you?
