Curious to see how others do their place up for the kids.
this is ours, We waited too long to buy pumpkins this year, (ours didn't grow), so ended up with plastic pumpkins.

Planning on sticking some glow sticks in them

Same with those cardboard tubes with eyes cut into them, going to stick them in the trees with glow sticks.

Happy Halloween everyone.

My girlfriend did up our house as a haunted insane asylum. We'll see how many kids show up since this is our first halloween here.

We live to far out of town to decorate. It's neat to see when people get in the spirit.

As a parent we teach our kids not to talk or take things from strangers but oddly enough we encourage them on Halloween. Irony at its finest.

We're calling it Halloween. And we're calling Christmas Christmas too. Fawk all the imports that wanna change our traditions. They can call it whatever they want in their own country!!

Don't forget to flip the timer when you brush your teeth tonite, after all that candy. ;)

Good tip. I like to just wake up like a normal day. And then look at my phone later in the am. And realize what time it is. Lol

Was actually talking about the egg timer on your bathroom counter, but yeah... Turn your clocks back too. Lol

Haha. Good one. Didn't even notice it in the pic. But that's an even better tip.

I don't know how many we had. I just put a pot full of candy on the porch and let them self feed. Seems to work out, and we have some candy left over.

I think half the story's about stuff in kids candy are made up to scare parents into checking. Not that there aren't screwed up people that would do it.

We had 17 kids. So that's 23 kit kats left for me. Kids missed out,we went full size this year.

When the kids yell "Trick or Treat", we usually hand out some candy and a can of pop. When the older kids arrive I hand out a 2L bottle of pop. The treat is the bottle of pop, the trick is they have to carry it. The best costume was a little girl in a Mountie red serge uniform, boots and hat. She was about 5 years old. She got an extra hand full of candy for that one. Would have taken a picture, but I think that would be a little creepy.
