I just started riding this year for the first time. I'm having the greatest time!!! That is until my friend took me to a fantastic place with tonnes of snow at 6800 to 7000 ft. For some reason my sled started bogging real bad. Almost like it wasn't getting enough air because of altitude. My sled is an old 95 summit with H.A.C. It always worked great at lower altitudes, but this is the first time I've ever gone this high. Is there anyone who could shed some light on my situation for me? The clutch is set for 6000-8000 ft. Could there be problems with the H.A.C.?:dunno:

Yeah probably the HAC, i had a 96, and it was the same deal, the HAC takes a dump and you end up running really rich. I think i ended up running 390 main jets in my 670, its been a few years now so dont take that to the bank, im sure someone else has been through this too and will remember what size jet to start off with. I just ripped the HAC right out and plugged the vacuum lines that went to it and jetted in till i had nice looking piston wash and plug colour. Once you get it dialed it will run far better. Stupid HAC...

Is there any way to repair this problem before the weekend? I mean without having to jet my sled? I really want to go sledding where I went last weekend.
