Laws aren't gonna stop people from getting their hands on guns .. I don't know for sure what US laws on rifles and hand guns are. But I am guessing the guy didnt care at all.
Very sad indeed.

Truely sad for all affected.
No matter what is done to the guilty person the load will not be lightned for those affected. Not sure where the answer lies for these types of people with no regards for the lives they have ended and forever changed.
