Listened to the CCFR podcast last night and they had their general counsel on there to talk about the injunction failure and the upcoming main court litigation. He said they knew they had a 90% chance of losing it but they wanted to test drive the govt lawyers and see what kind of expert Murray Smith was for the government. He couldn't get into to much details because the process is before the courts but said they will have no problem picking Smith apart in court because he is far from a real expert on gun legislation. He said the govt lawyers were totally unprepared as well so he's hoping that nothing changes there. He is hoping the main court proceedings will go by late fall but he said the govt wants to stall to their benefit obviously. This would put a decision very close to the end of the OIC amnesty deadline in April of 22. He also said both sides will most likely appeal all the way to the Supreme Court if they lose the main court case. He said this will be the most expensive litigation case the govt has ever had when its all said an done. The CCFR has already spent over $1 million to this point as they have spent a lot of time on the case and have hired the best lawyers in the country to try the case. Keep sending more money to them guys. Any spare dollar you can afford will go directly to fighting the govt on this wrongful OIC. I sent them another $250 last week
